Job Description

We are actively hiring call center staff for business expansion!


You will be assigned to either outbound or inbound tasks according to your suitability.


① Outbound tasks…You will provide after-sales follow-up and sales proposals to customers using our services.


② Inbound tasks…You will respond to customer inquiries and make regular contact with customers.


Since many of our staff join with no prior experience, we have a comprehensive training system that covers everything from basics to detailed knowledge about the products. Even after assignment, senior staff will provide support, so you can work with peace of mind.


Work Scene
Required Experience & Skills

◇ Under 40 years old
Due to the perspective of forming a career through long-term employment,
we are recruiting and hiring young people for indefinite-term employment contracts.
(Exception Clause 3)

◇ Available to work 3 or more days a week


◇ No experience required
Long-term employees are highly welcome!

Preferred Experience & Skills

・Experience as a telemarketer

・Experience in customer service or call center

Salary

① Outbound tasks
1,200 yen per hour
<Monthly example>
1,200 yen/hour × 8 hours/day × 20 days/month = 192,000 yen/month


② Inbound tasks
1,000 yen per hour
<Monthly example>
1,000 yen/hour × 8 hours/day × 20 days/month = 160,000 yen/month

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00

We will also consult on the time of arrival and departure due to nursery drop-off and pick-up!
