Job Description

Listening to the customer's voice is the most important thing.

You will listen to the issues faced by client companies and propose IT solutions (from infrastructure to OA equipment) to solve their problems.


【Work Environment】
Even if you have no experience, you will be provided with a comfortable working environment through OJT from seniors and detailed personnel systems.
One of the characteristics is the good communication with supervisors and seniors, and ideas and innovations that lead to improvements are actively adopted.


【Who Are the Clients and What Kind of Interactions?】
The main clients will be small and medium-sized enterprises, and you will interact directly with presidents and managers. You will listen to their requests directly, make proposals, and connect them to customer benefits.


【Services and Products Handled】
Fixed communication, mobile, electricity, OA equipment (multifunction devices, business phones), security, cloud application services (SaaS), etc.
We provide various services according to the customer's issues.


※You will be assigned to work at BOS Corporation, a group company.

Salary

Full-time employee
【Monthly Salary】¥300,500~
Monthly salary + incentives
The selection process will decide the salary.
※Negotiable annual salary
※Salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
※The above amount includes a uniform sales allowance (¥50,000) and fixed overtime pay (40 hours, ¥60,000).
※Full payment even if the fixed overtime hours are less than 40 hours. Excess payment for overtime exceeding 40 hours.

【Salary Increases & Bonuses】
Salary increase: Twice a year (February, August)
Profit sharing: Four times a year (February, May, August, November / performance-based)

【Various Allowances】
・Incentives: Paid every two months based on individual performance, average payment amount of ¥100,000 to ¥300,000 per time
・Escalation: Paid when referrals to other departments result in sales
・Achievement Bonus: Paid based on the achievement of the team budget, ¥50,000 to ¥70,000 per month
・Transportation expenses: Full payment of commuting and business transportation expenses
・Hydration Allowance: Paid for beverage costs from July to September
・Wedding Gift: Up to ¥60,000
・Childbirth Gift: ¥50,000

Working Hours

・9:00〜18:00
・10:00〜19:00
Actual working hours: 8 hours / Break: 60 minutes
※Average overtime: 20-30h/month/月
