Job Description

You will hear about the challenges faced by client companies and propose IT solutions (from infrastructure to OA equipment) to solve their problems.

【Work Environment】
Even if you have no experience, OJT from seniors and a detailed HR system will ensure a comfortable working environment.
One of our characteristics is the good communication with supervisors and seniors, who actively adopt ideas and efforts that lead to improvements.

【Who Are the Clients and What Kind of Interactions?】
The main clients are small and medium-sized companies, and the interactions will be directly with the presidents or managers. You will hear their requests directly and make proposals that will lead to the client's profit.

【Services and Products Handled】
Fixed communication, mobile, electricity, OA equipment (multifunction machines, business phones), security, cloud application services (SaaS), etc.
We provide various services according to the client's challenges.

※You will be assigned to work at BOS Corporation, a group company.

Salary

Full-time employee
【Monthly salary】¥300,500~
Monthly salary + incentives
We will decide while proceeding with the selection process
※Annual income negotiable
※We will determine based on skills and experience
※The above amount includes a fixed overtime fee (40 hours, ¥60,000)
※Even if less than 40 hours, full payment is made, and if overtime exceeds the fixed hours, the excess amount will be paid.

【Salary Increase/Bonus】
Salary increase: twice a year (February and August)
Profit-sharing: four times a year (February, May, August, and November / performance-linked)

【Allowances】
・Incentives: paid bimonthly according to individual performance, average payment amount ¥100,000 - ¥300,000 per time
・Escalation: paid when an introduction to another department results in a deal
・Achievement bonus: paid according to the budget achievement of the team, ¥50,000 - ¥70,000 per month
・Transportation expenses: full payment for commuting and business trips
・Hydration allowance: paid as drink expenses from July to September
・Wedding celebration money: up to ¥60,000
・Childbirth celebration money: ¥50,000

Working Hours

・9:00~18:00
・10:00~19:00
Actual working hours: 8 hours / break time: 60 minutes
※Average overtime: 20 to 30 hours per month

Annual Holidays 121 days per year ※4 Saturday workdays (2024 actual)
