Job Description

You will be responsible for total sales proposals for cost reduction of fixed phones, business phones, and offices for corporate clients.
The products handled range from fixed phones, cloud-based business phones, communication lines, security, and other IT communication services, with teams organized for each main product.

For corporate clients, you will help with their needs to:
"Increase sales"
"Reduce costs"
"Improve operational efficiency"
"Enhance communication"
and solve various issues.

Specifically...
・Propose to new clients
・Additional proposals to existing clients
・Support to existing clients
・Create proposal documents
・Post-order processing tasks, etc.

■Work Environment
In December 2022, we relocated our headquarters, renovated our Shinjuku and Kansai sales offices in June 2023, and received a 2-star Eruboshi rating, all to create a better work environment.

03 Treatment

Treatment After Employment

Starting Salary
[Sales Position] Monthly salary 250,500 yen + incentive (commission and achievement bonus)
* Includes fixed overtime pay (60,000 yen for 40 hours/month)
* Full payment even if less than 40 hours, extra payment for overtime
Allowances
・Incentives: Paid bi-monthly based on individual performance, average amount 100,000 to 300,000 yen per time
・Escalation: Paid when an introduction to another department results in a contract
・Achievement bonus: Paid for team budget achievement, 50,000 to 70,000 yen/month
・Transportation expenses: Paid according to regulations (up to 30,000 yen/month, separate payment for business travel)
・Hydration allowance: Paid for drinks from July to September
Salary Increase
Salary increase and promotion: Twice a year (February and August)
Profit sharing: Four times a year (February, May, August, November, linked to performance)
Holidays & Leaves
2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
121 annual holidays (including 4 working Saturdays in 2024)
