I am Ota, President and CEO of Vision Inc.

I assumed the position of President and CEO in March of this year.
About 25 years ago, like many of you, I was job hunting with a strong desire to work overseas. Driven by this passion, I joined Vision Inc. as a sales representative. Through numerous sales experiences, I have spent half of my life at Vision, enjoying a stimulating daily routine in many ways.
The joy of pleasing our customers, the satisfaction of achieving team goals, and the excitement of business all of these were obtained on the sales floor.
Over the past decade, our business has expanded beyond information and communication to include Wi-Fi router rental services for international travelers to and from Japan. Additionally, we have ventured into related fields such as hospitality, including inns and glamping facilities, as well as real estate, conference room rentals, and catering services through our group companies.
In this era of diversity, we seek a wide range of talents, transcending educational background, gender, and nationality.
