Training system System for Growth (Training System and Evaluation System)

At Vision, we have a structured system for growth that includes training curriculums for new employees,
such as business etiquette and sales training, as well as on-the-job training (OJT) after assignment.

Curriculum

New graduate onboarding training
"A training curriculum of approximately three weeks"

You'll learn the basics of business manners as well as the mindset required for sales.

On the Job Training

On-the-Job Training after Assignment

After being assigned to the field, training specific to the assigned department begins.
Basic product knowledge is trained from scratch, aiming to strengthen sales skills.

  • Role-playing

After being assigned to their respective roles, training is conducted through actual work scenarios.

Evaluation System

With evaluations conducted every six months, there are opportunities for salary increases and promotions twice a year.
