Employment of Foreign Workers

02 Employment of the Handicapped

Employment of the Handicapped

We strive to hire handicapped individuals at our offices as much as possible.
We believe that if you have the willingness to work and do your job sincerely, having a handicap is not an issue. We are working to create an environment where people with various individualities can thrive.
We have consistently exceeded the legally mandated employment rate, and in November 2013, we employed 11 handicapped individuals at our Narita office. This initiative has continued successfully for over two years, and we operate as a single team. This effort has been recognized, and we have received letters of appreciation for two consecutive years from 'Komeikai,' a local handicapped support organization in Chiba Prefecture.

We will continue to proactively strive to be a company where various individualities can thrive.
