Vacation System

  • Childcare Support System
    (Prenatal/Postnatal Leave, Childcare Leave System)

    We offer prenatal and postnatal leave, and childcare leave until the child turns one year old, which can be extended to two years depending on the situation. The childcare leave acquisition rate is 100%.

  • Special Leave

    Spouse Special Leave: Employees can take one day off in the month of their spouse's birthday to value time with their family.
    Spouse Childbirth Leave: Employees can take two days off to assist with childbirth procedures, attend the birth, or accompany their wife upon discharge from the hospital.

     
  • Shortened Working Hours

    After returning from childcare leave, employees can choose to work shortened hours if they wish.

  • Paid Leave

    Employees are granted 10 days of paid leave after six months of employment, increasing up to 20 days annually based on years of service. We are working to ensure that all employees comply with the mandatory paid leave requirements.

  • BNS Department, Manager, Y.O, Joined in 2013 Both work and private life are fulfilling I joined the company as a new graduate in 2013, and now I am entrusted with leading a team. Vision has a variety of comprehensive welfare systems that respect off-time even while being entrusted with a team. For example, I take paid leave once a month in addition to weekends to travel to distant places and fully enjoy my outdoor hobbies. The company is also working to reduce overtime, so on days when work ends early, I refresh myself at a tennis school. By clearly distinguishing between work and off-time, I can increase my work motivation.

I took prenatal leave in 2012 for childbirth, followed by a period of childcare leave before returning to work. Utilizing the half-day and time-off systems, I can attend my child's school events and leave work two hours early for childcare. Despite working shortened hours, I was promoted to a leader position, which made me very happy. Recently, I started online English classes through the company's skill enhancement support program. I feel this company truly allows women to work long-term, balancing work, family time, and career growth.
