01 About the present work.

About the Present Work

We continue to provide courage and
excitement to everyone traveling abroad from Japan.

The business I belong to plans, operates, and sells "Global WiFi," which rents Wi-Fi routers for use at overseas destinations for customers traveling or on business trips from Japan. Within this business, I am in charge of the sales department for corporate customers who use our services for business travel. Customers traveling for work have various demands, and providing stable high-speed communication locally is a critical factor contributing to the success of their trips. My main duties include addressing each company's issues and concerns, such as reducing travel costs and simplifying travel procedures, to provide a better environment. Although I am currently involved in global business, I initially sold mobile phones to corporate clients when I joined the company. Thanks to experiencing various regions, departments, and products, and meeting many people through job rotations, I have been able to apply my past experiences.

Since joining the company, Vision has given me numerous opportunities. In my first year, when I had almost no track record, I received a phone call that seemed likely to lead to a major business negotiation in the Tohoku region. Normally, it would be entrusted to a veteran, but my boss recognized my strong enthusiasm and allowed me to go on a business trip. Successfully closing this deal gave me the confidence to continue in sales. I have since cleared various promotion opportunities, sometimes taking detours, and reached where I am today. This step-up is not unique to me. At Vision, we have a culture of giving opportunities to motivated employees. Currently, I am in a position to give opportunities to young members. I want them to realize that achieving one goal certainly leads to the next opportunity, and I aim to help them grow into excellent human resources. Additionally, our company continues to take on new business challenges, and job rotations in new businesses also provide opportunities to seize.

What Does VISION Mean to You?

Rather than a company, it is like a school
where I learned many things.

For me, Vision is like a "school," if I had to say. Looking back, the image of a school is stronger than that of a company. In fact, Vision has nurtured me and helped me build my current position. As my first company to join as a full-time employee, my superiors and seniors were like "teachers," teaching me everything from business manners to sales skills and management skills. Recently, I have been taking English training. Not only in my work but also when I got married and had children, my seniors gave me various advice. Even now, there are still many things to learn, but I may have more opportunities to teach others. As I learned important things as a working adult from my seniors, I hope to guide my juniors to the future.

Private Life

Private life

I value time with my family and am passionate about golf.Sundays are for spending time with my family. Playing with my two daughters is the most enjoyable thing for me. Other than that, my off-time is centered around golf. I go to the course with friends or visit the driving range; I find myself getting more and more into it. Playing sports on weekends is a valuable recharge period during the week. Golf, in particular, doesn't go as planned most of the time, which is similar to work, and that may be part of its appeal.

Daily stream of time

Arrive at the office. Listen to the daily goal presentations of subordinates during the morning meeting.
Organize sales results up to the previous day and give instructions on follow-up actions.
Check various key indicators and understand the situation of each subordinate.
Coordinate with the telemarketing manager on visit destinations and provide instructions to subordinates.
Receive sales reports from subordinates and provide individual guidance.
Prepare action plans for the following days and leave the office.
