About the Present Work

We aim to improve customer satisfaction
by providing better proposals that meet and exceed customer expectations.

The websites we offer are highly customizable semi-order type sites, making it easy to incorporate customer requests and create high-quality websites. Many of our customers are those opening new businesses or starting new ventures, so we often build their websites from scratch. While I sometimes schedule appointments and visit customers personally, most of my clients come through inquiries from our Vision website or referrals from other departments, allowing for concrete business discussions even during the initial visit.
After the implementation is decided, I visit the customer's site to hold thorough meetings and work closely with the director and production team to ensure the website aligns with the customer's vision. I strive to meet the customer's expectations through effective communication and coordination.

The Chance I Got in VISION

In my somewhat vague job search,
I was able to find a company that suits me.

I joined Vision as a new graduate. During my job search, I was unsure whether I wanted a position in administration or sales, or even which industry would be best for me. As I was moving forward with my job search in a somewhat vague manner, I discovered Vision. The turning point for me was seeing a video during the company presentation that conveyed the company's atmosphere. I felt that the company environment seemed promising, so I decided to join Vision. What was most important to me was finding an environment where I could grow and a company with open communication, so choosing Vision became a significant opportunity for me.
One of the highlights for me was when a website I managed was awarded first place in the "Best Website Quality" category held by my department. It is very rewarding to have my efforts to make the customer happy recognized and appreciated.

What Does VISION Mean to You?

In an environment blessed with supportive colleagues,
they help out even when I encounter difficulties.

It’s a company with great colleagues. We have a slogan, "Team Vision," which promotes a culture of mutual support. Not only do I interact with seniors in my own department, but I also engage with those from other departments, allowing me to learn a lot and grow every day. The most invaluable presence for me is my fellow new graduates who joined the company with me. Since some of them are on the same floor, we frequently talk, even though we work in different departments.
When talking to friends from university, many of them were considering changing jobs within less than a year of starting their careers. I had never thought about such a move, and it made me realize how fortunate I am to be in a supportive environment. Although it's a daily occurrence, the fact that everyone goes out for drinks together and that both my peers and seniors offer genuine support when issues arise is one of the great aspects of my work environment.

Private Life

Private life

Switching between work and relaxation!During my job search, I also prioritized choosing a company with weekends off. I want to switch between work and relaxation, so I fully enjoy my days off and refresh myself. When I first joined, I commuted from my parents' home, but I recently moved, cutting my commute time in half. Now, I wake up at the same time as before and can return home a bit earlier in the evening, which allows me to create personal time and feel more relaxed.

At the office, every morning we present the progress toward our goals and our daily action targets during the morning meeting.
Emailing customers and preparing estimates.
Make calls to customers to schedule appointments and inquire about their status.
After lunch, visit the customer site where an appointment was scheduled the previous day.
Visit the second customer site and finalize the contract that was in progress.
Return to the office and align the customer's vision with the director.
After reviewing the schedule for tomorrow, conduct the end-of-day meeting and leave the office.
