About the Present Work
I am the manager of the Debt Management Section,which is directly tied to the company's profits.
I oversee payment operations for our business partners and customers, ensuring the prevention of fraud and the accuracy of all payments. This involves managing and implementing checks to prevent errors, and verifying daily for any irregularities. Additionally, I oversee a wide range of payment-related tasks, such as approving and processing payments for affiliate marketing applications, known as web advertising, and managing payments for our company's listing advertisements.
Another important role is managing the procurement of products and promotional materials we provide to customers, such as telephones and computers. This involves negotiating and adjusting purchase prices to lower the cost of goods as much as possible.
As a manager, I am responsible for the daily management, goal setting, and process improvement of the Accounts Payable team, which handles these crucial tasks directly impacting the company's profits.
