About the Present Work

I am the manager of the Debt Management Section,
which is directly tied to the company's profits.

I oversee payment operations for our business partners and customers, ensuring the prevention of fraud and the accuracy of all payments. This involves managing and implementing checks to prevent errors, and verifying daily for any irregularities. Additionally, I oversee a wide range of payment-related tasks, such as approving and processing payments for affiliate marketing applications, known as web advertising, and managing payments for our company's listing advertisements.
Another important role is managing the procurement of products and promotional materials we provide to customers, such as telephones and computers. This involves negotiating and adjusting purchase prices to lower the cost of goods as much as possible.
As a manager, I am responsible for the daily management, goal setting, and process improvement of the Accounts Payable team, which handles these crucial tasks directly impacting the company's profits.

My steady promotions from a general employee to team leader, assistant manager, and now manager, were possible because I was given opportunities to advance through my work, and my achievements were properly recognized by my superiors. During a conversation with the president about purchasing management, I received a suggestion to lower overall procurement costs by negotiating the purchase conditions of products we provide to customers with various suppliers. Eager to take on this challenge, I compared and evaluated the conditions from numerous suppliers and proceeded with procurement adjustments, which led to significant improvements. Each negotiation was tough, but it was fulfilling and enjoyable to make such a substantial contribution to the company. This is how Vision provides opportunities that significantly expand one's career by seizing them.

so that I can become a role model for female employees.

I believe that my current position is a result of my efforts to become a role model for many successful female employees. I take great pride in the fact that I have paved the way to be a successful career model for female employees. My management style involves first demonstrating my own work ethic to my team and setting an example for them.
I feel that Vision has been steadily enhancing its welfare programs and various systems as the company has grown, establishing a more structured corporate framework. Nevertheless, it remains a company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, where employees with high growth ambitions can thrive regardless of age or gender. I look forward to seeing many female employees surpass me in the future. As for myself, I am also moving towards my next goal and aim to stay ahead and not be easily surpassed.

August 2011: Participated as a supervisor in the establishment of the FLET'S Sales Department.
December 2012: Participated as a Supervisor in the establishment of the Analysis Management Section within the Business Management Department.
July 2013: Promoted to Assistant Manager in the Promotion Management Section, Business Management Department
October 2014: Promoted to Section Manager in the Debt Management Department of the Business Management Division

Private Life

Private life

I enjoy playing table tennis, which is a shared hobby with my husband.Actually, I just recently got married, and on weekends, my husband and I often play table tennis together. I've been playing since I was in second grade, and it was through table tennis that I met my husband. Currently, I belong to a social team and sometimes participate in matches. In fact, when I was a child, I even competed in national tournaments and had the opportunity to play against Olympic athletes, as I was very passionate about the sport.
