About the Present Work
Focusing primarily on copier sales,I am also aiming to acquire customers through various channels.
The main products handled by the OSS Business Division (referred to as "in-house products") are multifunction devices that include copiers, printers, and fax machines. In addition to copiers, we actively introduce other products handled by different departments (referred to as "external products"), such as business phones, secure and cost-effective communication environments, websites, and WiFi router rental services, depending on customer needs. This allows us to offer a range of products necessary for business. As a result, we have various channels such as inquiries from the web and referrals from external products. We set KPIs for each channel and, based on data from the past year, work on allocating channels according to the strengths of our team members. Instead of having a section manager take the lead in making appointments, we ensure that everyone understands that there are opportunities for all, thereby boosting team morale. Currently, as a manager, I am pleased when I see the growth of my subordinates and when their business negotiations succeed with my support.
